Student hostel number 4 is located at st. Bolshakova, d. 71, where students, graduate students, family students, staff are located. The hostel was built in 1971. The building is of block type, has 9 floors, 243 living rooms. There are two kitchens on each floor. At the moment, 450 students of such institutes as ISPN, IGNI, IEN, HSEM live here. The hostel has a sports, gym, tennis halls, a study room, a recreation room, and a laundry.
